Affiliated members stood outside the Cuyahoga County Public Library at a September 9th afternoon to rally in support of a fair contract for SEIU Local 1 janitors! After a long battle, the library’s janitorial contractor Summit Building Services has agreed to recognize the union, but they are proposing cuts to hours and benefits offered under the previous contractor.
