This webinar will help federated body speakers prepare their Labor in the Pulpit presentations. It will provide a sample presentation which can be used to develop your own as well as points union speakers should take into consideration when speaking before a faith congregation. All presentations should be no more than five minutes in length and in some cases may be shorter depending on the congregation. Presentations are designed to remind faith congregations about their faith group’s commitment to worker justice as well as the right of workers to organize for collective bargaining and provide a face to labor in their local community. This webinar is especially designed for any person who will be making a Labor in the Pulpit presentation or preparing others to do so. Presentations to Jewish and Muslim congregations will also be considered.
