Next Up North Shore: Young Workers Meeting

Join us for the first convening of the Next Up North Shore AFL-CIO, Young Worker Program.

There is a fresh energy across the country fueled by young workers standing up for their rights and a voice in the workplace. Whether you are new to the labor movement or looking to deepen your involvement, this meeting is for you. Attendees should be age 18 to 35.

We will introduce the goals of the Next Up program and dive into Common Sense Economics—a training designed by and for union members. We’ll explore why the current economy isn't working for young workers and, more importantly, how we can organize to fix it.
