VOTER INFORMATION
When union members vote, working families win. Your vote is essential to electing labor-friendly leaders, protecting workers' rights, and advancing policies that promote fair wages, benefits, and workplace justice.
ELECTION DAY VOTING
You can vote in person on Election Day at your assigned Polling Location. Polls are open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. If you are in line before the polls close, you have the right to vote.
VOTER REGISTRATION
Printed Voter Registration Forms should be returned in-person or by mail to your county Board of Elections. Click here to find your Board of Elections.
VOTE-BY-MAIL
You can vote before Election Day by applying for a vote-by-mail ballot. Military and overseas voters can vote this way too.
The deadline to request a vote-by-Mail application is 8:30 p.m. on October 27, 2026. County Board of Elections will begin mailing vote-by-mail ballots on September 18, 2026 to registered voters who requested one.
Vote-by-mail ballots may be personally delivered to the secure drop box outside of the County Board of Elections no later than 7:30 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
Vote-by-mail ballots returned by U.S. mail must be received by the Board of Elections by 7:30 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

Anyone registered to vote in Ohio can go to their county Board of Elections and vote at the scheduled times:

October 12 to 16: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
October 19 to 23: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
October 24: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
October 26: 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
October 27: 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
October 28 to 30: 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
October 31: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
November 1: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
