Despite winning our election and forming a union, Kinnect (a nonprofit built on the belief that family is the foundation of stability and belonging) leadership has refused to come to the bargaining table for more than 9 months! We need YOU to help us secure our contract!! Send letters to our board demanding Kinnect leadership respect not just its staff, but the larger community of families in need throughout Ohio!
